Tons of decorating lately and not a lot of play time with the kids, though I have institued short walks, with kids on bikes sometimes,at least 1/week when G comes home and Bike/skate rides on the harbour etc...
Anyways I had loads of extra paint from my mood painting in my Art and Relaxation classso I brought it home to use with the kids and having covered the floor with spare sheets thought this was the ideal time. I have already shortening this video once but let me now if you have any probs and I can break it into .
We had great fun with this though it wiped me out completely. I was thinking of making up a competion wish a signed "Ruth" or "David" piece as a prize, but I don't now if anyone would be interested so please let me know.
