A tired day today. Yesterday was hard work with DS,2, plus went shopping for more plaster and things. Had 2 tantrums in 2 shops, both resulting in having to take DS,2, out to the car so I could pay up. Second time he was asleep in seconds bless him. Then met a friend at Jungle Jacks with her 2 and another for an hour of play, enjoyed by all. Followed this with the shop that I couldn't do early due to tantrums and home to a cooked dinner and Tai Chi. Keeled over again, sadly. I know I'm over doing it, but there is so much to be done, the pressure of it worse than the effort to do it right now.

Sore and tired this morning, but dragged myself into a shower (8:30) then tidied my room and forced myself to do some tai chi streching after 5 min relaxing on bed and praying. Very hard to force myself to lie there instead of jump into more work. Then it turns out that H didn't bring the new bags of plaster in from the car, as asked so instead I did some quiet painting today, varnishing the kids toy shelves and our old DVD/ hanging bookcase which is being moved to the kitchen. A good choice given how I feel. I played around with the time lapse video some more.
The state of these rooms down here was really gettin on my nerves over the last few days so again I tried to organize and tidy it, but this time got lucky and now its a nearly finished room and a nearly empty room that is being decorated. Sarah came over for dinner and company and bravely volunteered to hoover, though the place was bad wnough that I was having to sweep up first. Happy she also like Boggle so we very much enjoyed several games, included a memorable episode of the top coming off while I was shaking shooting dice everywhere. We got them together, I tried again and then took the top off only to find one missing. We spent ages looking for it, checking everyone twice at least before giving up to roll for the extra letter. Then I found the rascal hiding uner the instructions about 10 inches from the game. She's taking a part time career break so I'm eagerly awaiting more games.




Living room needs touch up and 3 patches filled and smoothed, but I have to wait for H to pull out the wires first. Dining room needs a load of filling and plastering as soon as I can face it and I bought the stuff to hae a go at skimming a cranny wall just to see if I can do it. Should be interesting and I'll try to do another video either way.
